Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms govern general use of the Coderhill website. Project work is governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work or written agreement.
Website information
Content is provided for general information and may change. Service descriptions and examples do not create a binding promise until scope, cost and delivery terms are agreed in writing.
Quotations and projects
Pricing depends on requirements, content, integrations, timelines and support. A project begins only after agreed commercial and scope conditions are met. Changes outside the approved scope may require additional time and cost.
Intellectual property
Coderhill retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, reusable components and tools. Client ownership or licences for final deliverables are determined by the written project terms. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely content, approvals, access credentials, legal permissions and accuracy of information supplied for a project.
External links
The website may link to client projects or third-party services. Coderhill does not control all external content, availability or privacy practices.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Coderhill is not responsible for indirect loss arising from general website use. Specific project warranties and responsibilities are those stated in the applicable agreement.
